PLANS AND PROGRAMS

All of our programs are custom designed for each athlete.  We use industry proven techniques for race planning, but the plans and training systems are built around each individual.   

We meet with our athletes on a regular basis to track their progress and technique.  You won't get this from a downloadable plan sent out by the training plan mills.   No individual has the same needs.  So, we work with you from the outset to determine your goals and strenths and weaknesses.  From there, your custom plan is developed. 

We work with a limited number of athletes at any given time to "under promise" but "over deliver." 

Plans are normally delivered on a monthly basis via electronic format and face to face or phone meetings are coordinated, depending on your schedule. 

Programs include running, triathlon and beginner cyclist plans.  Everything from 5k runs to all distances of triathlon and century rides.
